  I haven't yet bought a vehicle from Wyatt Johnson. However, I have been working on the phone and computer with a salesman named Ryan Panchisin. He has been extremely courteous and helpful! Our schedule has been very full lately; which caused us to not have the time to drive to the dealership, which is an hour away from us. Ryan was kind enough to ask for and receive permission to bring the vehicle to us. We feel that that was very impressive; we thank the management for their willingness to assist customers in this manner! Sincerely, David & Jill Perez

  Wyatt Johnson made car buying easy. When I got to the showroom my salesman was tied up another sales person stepped up. I love how they work as a team. My original sales man checked on us to see how things were going. I told Cass what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend and he found the perfect vehicle for me.

  Good experience. Ask for Ryan Panchisin, he will set you up with a fair price and he was very professional. The best part was how we were able to have an easy sale process because of him!! other dealerships were real pushy but this dealer made us feel welcomed and we greatly enjoyed Ryan with his professionalism.! We will be getting cars from Ryan, from here on!!

  The absolute worse place on earth. They don’t back anything they say. Service is a joke. Prices are the most expensive in the business. Was told it would cost me 12,000 to fix my truck and took it down the street and had it fixed for less than 7000 parts and labor. Don’t buy the tire and rim warranty that is a scam driven to up the sale. Doesn’t work doesn’t cover nothing. What a joke of a car lot. I’ve never had this much trouble dealing with a car lot. Do yourself a favor and go to whole sale. I’ve bought several cars from that place and I’ve always had the greatest experience. Many people in my family have bought cars there all have been very satisfied. Wyatt Johnson is the worst place on earth to buy a car. Biggest regret of my life and I have many regrets. I only wish there was a negative star rating. Giving them one star is a complete lie.

  I'm happy to say the service I got when I took my car in was great! I was lucky to have Ryan and David help me out. While I was waiting for the oil to be changed in my car I was talking to Ryan about maybe trading my car in. He showed me some cars I was interested in and really helped me narrow my choices down to the one that was best for me. He wasn't pushy or trying to make me buy something I didn't want or need but very helpful. David also helped when I came in another day to get a second opinion about trading my car in. He helped me with looking at the pros and cons and was caring. If I could give more stars I would. Definitely the best customer service I have had at a dealership and I would recommend people to come here!
