  Zero stars. Worst experience ever. Waited almost 2 months for them to start waiting on "custom" cabinets that were anything but. Took 8 weeks to the job they told me would take a week and a half. Floor had to be done twice. They told me my wallpaper would be stripped and walls textured. Instead, they textured over my wallpaper. Several areas bubbled. Had to be redone in several areas. Multiple issues with the sink not being installed correctly causing the disposal to vibrate the sink and its contents like mad. Was left with plumbing leaks after both times they had to work on disposal/under sink plumbing. Ended up with even less cabinet space than started with overall. They came into my house a few times with no notice, once on a Friday night while I was gone. I came home to find things moved in my garage, broken glass in my kitchen, putty globs on the new floor, no note or anything saying they had been there or sorry for breaking your glass. Had to call up the ladder and they had that project manager removed from my job. Then that manager said in the end that they can't ever promise to be done in any amount of time, blaming the insurance company which was not the problem. Do not use them. Hire independent companies that have personal references so you can get real people's experience first hand.

  My experience with WorldWide Restoration was a hands down 10. I recently had a fire in my home and received an immediate response from WorldWide. WorldWide worked around the clock to make this tragedy as painful as possible. They worked first hand with our adjuster which put my life at ease. The loss alone was hard to deal with, but with WorldWide it was a relief to have a team that new what they were doing. My entire home was packed, and items from my Great grandmother were restored. They also done our rebuild, and had my family moving back in our home within eighty-five days. I will definitely recommend Worldwide to my friends and family in need.

  My wife and I have used Worldwide restoration for years to clean our carpets. They always do a fantastic job and are very friendly. I recently came home and my washer hose busted and flooded half my house with water. I called Worldwide and they came right out to dry everything out. They made the experience very easy as they explained everything each step of the way and worked with my insurance so I didn't have to worry about anything. Worldwide installed new laminate flooring and carpet after everything was dried out and I have to say it looks much better than it did before my washer hose went kaput. I would recommend them to anyone in need of restoration or carpet cleaning.
