  First of all, I've never directly worked at this company. But I can give you a review of my experience in the hiring process. The company had a wild position posted on Indeed, requiring someone to have extensive marketing, graphic design, and video editing skills. Realistically, the chances of finding a person who can do all 3 down to less than a percent. Regardless, the position was posted with a strict emphasis on graphic work, so I figured I'd apply anyway. I got a call back from a recruiter, instead of a direct representative of the company. She called me at 5:00 PM on the dot, which is unusual to begin with. Therefore, I had to call again the following day. No offense meant by this, but the automated phone service and the required conversational methods the recruiter used were very impersonal and unprofessional. Seemed like I was calling a company on a budget of $1k. The recruiter put me on hold for several minutes before bringing up my information. She told me my resume barely had any information on it, even though it's been reviewed by graphics professionals, and she called me anyway. So how could it have been bad? She also thought I had experience with automotive services, which is ridiculous. I don't think she really scanned through it or even got to look at my portfolio. I didn't take offense to any of this. It didn't seem like she was familiar with the graphics industry. Maybe it was not her fault, but the overall company's incompetence. She told me I wouldn't get the job because I didn't have experience with video editing, so we both wasted our time. Predictable? Yes, many low-budget companies have incompetent service and don't know what they want. Why else would you call someone who you know would not be qualified? Therefore, I'm not offended by the rejection. I have written this review as a warning to potential hires about the incompetence of the company. Stay clear.
