  If there is a negative star I would put it, but unfortunately the lowest is one star. I had an appointment today at 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:50 am, but I saw a note on the front door indicated staff were having a meeting and would open the door at 11:00 am. I came back 10:50 am. They told me I arrived late and somehow they wanted to say it was my mistake I arrived late. I spent 1 hour in the waiting room before they call my name for regular check up. during that time 5 patients arrived after me, but they saw the nurse practitioner before I got in there and even when it was my turn to be in there. When the nurse called me at 11:50 am. they let me to stay in the room for another 30 minutes with no service at all at 12:20. I went to the front desk and let them know about my situation. They only apologized to me because I told them so. Otherwise, They would not show any respect when they cancel my appointment and they did not inform me about that. They wanted to turn it at me that I showed up late. You wasted my time. I was there from 9:50 am to 12:20 pm with no service. next time if you have a meeting during any time. let the patients who have an appointment during that period know about that by email, phone , or even text.

  You’ll never actually see a doctor when you go, just nurse practitioners which for most ailments is all you need. The free visit per semester for WSU students is great. Since it’s nearby I called to schedule an actual appointment and was met with an incredibly rude secretary. When I requested an earlier appointment she says with attitude “well that’s all we have”. Ok understandable, they’re busy I’m ok with the later one. Then she tells me the office visit (for a cold and possibly needing antibiotics) will cost anywhere from $70.00 to 200.00$ “Depending on what is talked about” and she cannot estimate it until after the visit. Ok? I have insurance that she’s already verified with me that I still have this insurance so I say that’s an outrageous amount with insurance. She replies rudely going that’s what it costs you wanna cancel? So I think this is odd and ask, do you guys even accept my insurance? She just says with an incredible amount of attitude “NO!” Ok, so why was that not the first thing you tell me? I say if that’s the case I’ll have to cancel. She starts laughing at me and goes “well ok then” and hangs up on me. Is this the kind of service you provide sick people? I won't return. -After emailing to submit a complaint - I did receive a call back and spoke with an administrator who was very helpful and provided all the information I needed and did all in her power to assist me. She explained everything in great detail and assured me the service issue would be addressed which I appreciate. While the clinic may have some issues, they do care about their practice and patients and will try to make things right in the end.

  Thorough visit and great service. Nurse Celeste was Awesome with my son and his information for traveling and immunizations.
