  When we walked into the store in Westland fair, we had a very bad experience. We wanted to exchange some shoes we had and then the security guy said that we couldn't exchange because they were a little dirty. And then I say I wanna speak to a manager or someone else then a girl comes and says the same thing. And I told the security that it is not your job to tell us that. The security guy was so rude. I will never go there again.

  If you're interested in saving money, they will give you a shoppers card and give you discounted prices every time you shop regardless if it's backpacks socks or shoes the entire staff is extremely professional they'll help you the entire time you don't have to even find anything by yourself if you don't choose to because they put the effort into making sure that their customers are satisfied

  Found a great deal on a pair of none Sketchers for work. Half off the price from the Sketcher store. The customer service was only ok the security guy was friendlier then the sales people but in the they helped me find my size so I Ieft happy.
