  They were very pleasant walking in and offered to help as soon as eye contact. Great customer service.

  Found some shoes I really liked but they didn't have them in my size. Thankfully a member of staff got on the phone to a nearby WSS and got them to put my size on hold. Thanks so much.

  Me and my boyfriend went here to buy shoes they followed us around from the time we got there until we left , they even annocued over the intercom for they employees to follow us where ever we went ( we heard it for ourself) very uncomfortable environment to shop in And the workers are not very professional. Smh

  I didn't like the customer service. The people helping look for the shoes don't make much of an effort. Gave it three stars because I find what I need myself when I go. They do have a pretty good variety. Very poor service. I can seen companies hiring younger kids which I'm not against but they lack work effort. Having the work force there being majority teens makes a bad mix for quality customer service. I like the place not the service.

  Wasn't sure about this place but my husband kept insisting. With a growing kid this is a good place to look for shoes. Im and avid clearance shopper and they have a great selection for great prices. DC shoes for 17.49 that's a steal. And vans for similar price. They had cute kids running for $13.79. a usual stop for me on a show hunt.
