::I took my car for an oil change and got a call that my window dropped down while in their care which would be an 80 dollar fix. I paid it, giving them the benefit of the doubt. They then told me that I had a possible crack in my transmission and asked if I wanted it fixed. I said no thank you and just took my car, which they had changed the oil on as I originally took it in for. I noticed a lot of smoke driving it which I've known to happen after oil changes so didn't pay too much mind. The burning smell persisted for a couple weeks and I noticed oil around my engine so took it to another mechanic to see what was wrong. They said about a quart of oil was spilt on my engine and they cleaned it off for me. Also, no crack in my transmission. The second mechanic charged me 200 dollars to find the problem and clean the engine. I give the benefit of the doubt to people so won't say if I was treated honestly or not but I will not be returning. I was treated graciously while my car was in their care however.

::BY FAR the best tire shop in town! On this visit, I had a slow leak in a run-flat tire with no visible damage. Upon inspection, the technician found a crack in the rim which was able to be repaired by an outside provider that they coordinate with. After visits to FIVE other tire shops (n'hood shop, Steve's, Gateway, Firestone, and Sam's Club, this was the ONLY SHOP that helped...or would even look at repairing a run-flat tire. I previously purchased a new set of tires for my SUV at a great price from this shop back in 2013, under previous ownership. Great then, still great now! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

::Fantastic location for those of us who work downtown. I pulled in right at closing on a Friday because I had ran over a bolt and Chris, the manager, opened up shop just to patch my tire - himself! Best service I've gotten anywhere in a long time. Thank you, Chris, for coming to my rescue - I know not only my tires, but the rest of my SUV is in good hands! I'll be back soon!
