  Very nice Boutique Hotel close to downtown and Balboa Park. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Small kitchen but more than adequate. My only complaint and it is a minor one is the TV and couch ate perpendicular to one another making it a strain to watch. Not a big deal since we were out and about most of the time. This was formerly the Riviera Apartments and in parts if the building you can still see some of the original structure and accessories. Very nice.

  Great place to visit. Lots of museums, historical buildings, restaurants. You can buy a season pass to visit all the different museums and buildings. Accessible by city bus.

  First time staying with WorldMark. It was a gift from my father for our honeymoon. The rooms themselves feel newer and updated. Love the kitchenette; made cooking dinner in a breeze. Immediately blocks are not the greatest area, but it's less than half a mile to Gaslamp and Balboa Park so location didn't bother us. Docked a star for two reasons. $30/day for valet parking, which is just an uncovered parking lot in front of the hotel. And two because they continue to call/leave invites to attend their timeshare pitch. Overall, would probably return again at right price.
