  terrible customer service on the phone. I was looking for a nice bottle of whiskey but really did not want to continue the transaction. So i went off and check out other places

  Good selection. Prices are slightly higher than other places but that's not my issue. Horrible customer service. The man over the phone who didn't give his name is extremely rude and i have heard he is known for this kind of behavior never will make any purchase from this store again.

  Best wine store in the neighborhood. I like their selection and prices plus they offer tastings of their selection.

  This place is ridiculously over priced and the staff is incredibly rude. They are never willing to offer help or suggestions and when you ask are rude and rarely helpful. I have never been greeted upon entering. Its unfortunate.
