  YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!! I had an accident where my car hit a tree and had front end damage. After bringing my car back 3x to World of Cars from issues that weren't fixed initially by them I refused to bring it back a 4th time and spoke with my insurance company and demanded to work directly with Jeep or another "preferred shop". I have had to have my car at Jeep to take care of issues that weren't even taken care of the 3x it was at World of Cars as well as fix what World of Cars claimed they initially "repaired". The staff was very friendly but the work that is performed on the cars is terrible. Allstate is paying for my policy for the next six months to apologize for recommending World of Cars and the now 4 months it is currently taking to fix my car.

  Very friendly staff. But they are incompetent when it comes to body work. Had to keep bringing the car back to have them fix their work which there were incapable of doing. Eventually I had their work re-done at another shop. In a way it was lucky for me their work was so bad that the insurance company didn’t give me any argument when they paid for the work to be re-done. And the new shop told me that World of Cars had to reimburse them directly. I don’t know about their mechanical work, but avoid their auto body work at all costs.

  I have been using world of cars for years, and I have multiple cars in my family. Paul and his team have been great, excellent mechanical repairs with no guess work. They only fix what’s needed and are priced fairly. Highly recommended

  Went there for car inspection, they failed it due to faulty flex lines and said to call and make an appointment. Okay, no big deal. I go back to the car and they took off the old sticker-- which I've never had a shop do when failing a car. They're also supposed to place a temp ten day sticker on there which they didn't. I took the car to another shop 2 days later who said they saw no issues with the flex lines or any other part of the car and passed it. Never coming here again.

  Had some fender body work done. Sideview mirror wasn't tightened down and almost fell off. My front window washer pump is not working. The job took all week to complete. This wasn't major bodywork. They ordered and replaced a lot more parts than what was necessary. Very disappointed with their work.
