  World Car Kia is one of the best things that ever happened to me. To begin with very friendly sales associates, friendly faculty and staff every where you look. The repair service staff is one of the best departments also. Kudos to "JET" the sales man. Kudos to "Mary" the repair service manager. Last but not least they have great package bundles on there car deals.!!!! Blessings!!!

  Drove from mission tx to san Antonio only to find out they ordered wrong remote for my car with no refund on that part . Said only needed new battery and spread prongs. Had new battery in it just purchased #2023. Found employees blaming us. After asking for mgr which we never seen. Said refund part. Yes check would be sent. Like to see that really happen. When went to leave clip for switch was missing. Had to ask for my new battery which I had bought. Found service enbearable and not customer driven. My husband was a Dealer for 37 yrs and would never ever treat someone so unkindly. Thing is problem I drove 4 hrs one way was not solved. Not willing to order correct Model # part. I tried to say I had already put in new battery to last only 3weeks again and again. And the key itself was broken. Plastic case around key. Was a horrible day and not resolved yet. Does anyone care about their customer. Not recommended to go there

  Mary Melchor took great care of me from calling the manufacturer about my warranty to getting me water while I was waiting. She explained everything very well and detailed. I appreciate her expertise and professionalism.

  Fast friendly an excellent service, they fix our car quickly and correctly and make sure that all of the recalls were taken and Service Bulletins were taken care of. Even detail the car before you pick it up. Great job!

  This is My #1Car dealership, there has not been any other dealer that can close the deal!!! Edward Garcia is the best and I consider him a good Friend and a great salesman there that I rely on him to give Me fast, courteous, service and has helped Me with My vehicle needs for the last couple of years!! The staff in the showroom and sales floor are great!! They've earned My up most Respect and Business!!! So if your in the Market for a vehicle go by for a Great Experience and for your 1St on ongoing vehicle needs!!
