::Great place to work out - no matter what your fitness level. The trainers are amazing!
Syncroincity
::Had a few classes. Booked one and couldn't make it. I asked to come another time. Manager said well if you buy another pack of classes I'll give you an extra. I don't think it was asking much to grant a courtesy class which I had to forfeit. Bathrooms are small as well as showers. Layout is odd. If you don't mind having people walk through your workout. I find it very distracting. Classes are good. Shame I won't be back.

::I absolutely LOVE the variety of strength and agility classes offered here, as well as the whole concept of this gym. I'm a huge fan of the legit and knowledgeable trainers, and I'm also equally as excited about Workout Factory's partnership with Kettlebell Kitchen, which I think is brilliant! After visiting the gym, I got home and immediately placed orders for my macro-friendly meal deliveries to be picked up directly from the gym during days that I schedule classes. I cannot wait for my next workout!

::The class was so good, some of the best structured spinning I've ever seen. The bike are possibly the best stationary bikes in the city providing real data and tangible numbers.

::I took TRX barre class with Alex and Dean and it was life changing! The studio is gorgeous and stocked with anything everything you might need. And I loved how targeted the workout was: it made all my small and rarely used muscles burn. And the high energy and fast pace kept me going at fool speed the whole time. I could feel how in sync Alex and Dean were; they definitely made the space their own, which gave me confidence to really embrace the burn and give it my all! Thank you so so much! I will definitely be back!!!
