  I called to inquire about a window glass for my truck. After many rings, I got the answering machine which simply said to call back. What? Thirty minutes later, I got a call back and I explained what I needed. The person I spoke to said he'd check for availability and call me back. I'd say I'm still waiting, except I'm not. 👈 This is how you lose a potential customer.

  The best experience I've had, hands down. I purchased an extremely reasonable Groupon for them to get my car ready for the winter. They managed to squeeze my appointment in the next day. I arrived early thinking it would take my car a while to cool before they could do the coolant, but they took me right away! They gave me an inspection and let me know my car was in great condition and what little things I needed to fix cosmetically. Very awesome guys and experience. I'm definitely going back with our without a groupon
