  Stayed at the Hampton Inn North West Expressway (Excellent service). Had to drop a co-worker off to the airport at 5:00 am, came back to this hotel for a couple of hours to utilize the internet (2 mi from airport). Tried to utilize my "Gold" status (first button) on the HHonors Web access landing page to have complimentary internet. Next page still required room #, therefore was denied access. The hotel staff was not helpful, would not give me any method to access the web at the facility as a non-staying customer. POOR POOR POOR public relations. I frequent OKC, and will not recommend this property. 6:15am Update. Hotel Manager provided an access (promotional code) to utilize the internet. Landing page is still mis-leading, because selecting gold/diamond member doesn't provide the complimentory access as stated in the bullet.

  This hotel was not clean. The sheets were dirty on both beds in my first room. The carpet in the first room was covered with stains and the closet door was missing from the closet. They used the 100% guarantee - first night free and gave me a new room. The second room was better - no stains on the floors or sheets/pillows. However, the next day upon housekeeping "cleaning" the room... there were dirty pillowcases again. I would suggest staying in a different hotel if you want some place that feels new and clean.

  I stayed from 4/18 - 4/23/2012 only because all the surrounding motels were full due to our big business convention in OKC.. it was a terrible experience, the hallways smelled and so do the room , it smelled musty and the comforters on the beds were really gross looking , had LUMPS all over em and when I asked the desk clerk about it he said " all the hamptons covers are like that , there is nothing wrong with them" what you want me to do about it? " and when housekeeping came to clean all they did was make the beds, didn't vacumm or anything else cause it was the way we left it other then they made the beds. The male desk clerks were rude and had attitudes when asking them about anything ..wouldn't recommend staying here again especially for the price , the rooms and staff should be alot nicer then they are .....

  I was there for the OKC marathon on 4/27/08 and the next w/e for a swim meet, both stays were very good. For marathon, they had breakfast out at 4:30 a.m., very accomodating to the runners. The front desk didn't know where the shuttle p/u was for the runners (it is the covered p/u area b/t Hampton and Embassy Suites). Otherwise the front desk was very helpful. The next w/e I stayed in the suite since the internet rate was the same as a double. The suite was right over the lobby so I could hear the noisy teenagers until 2:00 a.m. When you eat breakfast, make sure you look in the back corner for the fresh fruit since it isn't with all the other food. Room was very clean both times and beds were very comfortable. In fact, I stayed at the Hyatt in downtown Denver earlier this month and this bed was just as comfortable as that one.
