::The staff member Liz is very argumentative and rude. Payed for an additional week and instead of verifying this on the system, she stupidly yelled at my son, advising him on check out time, and telling him he needed to get out. Thank goodness we had the receipt! I called from work to let her know we paid for another week and couldn't get a word in edgewise for her insisting we still needed to check-in. Had she done more listening than yelling, she could've understood that it had already been done. I wouldn't recommend staying at this location when there's another extended stay just around the corner.

::Where do I start…. We arrive at the hotel and attempt to check in for the General manger timeko dancy refused my boyfriend (who is 20 y/o white male) service who had a reservation stating you need to be 21 to be on property. (Where we then later called cooperate who checked the location and confirmed the age was 18.)I proceed to go In to provide my ID (22 y/o white female) I am also denied a room and treated rudely with my card thrown down and ID on the counter, my boyfriend then ask why they refused me in which they got offended because they were unable to provide any answers to customer who pay their minimum wage jobs that they can’t begin to perform. Where then 2 African American males and the general manager timeko dancy then followed my boyfriend out to the parking lot where one especially weak male began threatening my boyfriend and dog with a Walmart knife. Police where called and on site and charges pressed. Discrimination And Harassment along with one employe threatening both my dogs life and boyfriends and the other employees supporting it and watching. Absolutely crazy.

::Don't understand the two previous low ratings - the hotel was clean and the service was great! Everything was delivered as promised and the few requests I had were immediately fulfilled. Great location next to I-225 with lots of stores and restaurants close by. Very fare rates - highly recommend!!

::Picked up my mom from the airport only to drop her off at the worst hotel in Denver. We waited 20 mins for Ashley to show up at the front desk with a bonnet on her head and an attitude like she was being bothered! We were told the room my mom reserved and paid for a week prior was no longer available. The room that was reassigned was nasty with trash sprawled about, dirty cloths laying around, no linens on the bed and stains on the floor. We went back down to inform Ashley the room was dirty. Only to be assigned to another room that was in better shape but upon inspection, there was a dead bed bug, stains, food crumbs and strands of hair on the bed linens. We went back down to Ashley to complain and was told she was refusing us service because my mother supposedly had a bad attitude! The nerve!!!! She said this to us while we were standing in a filthy lobby with trash bins overflowing and the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. We arrived at this hotel at 8pm and left at 10:30pm after receiving absolutely NO SATISFACTORY SERVICE whatsoever! I would not recommend this place to an enemy!

::A very unsanitary place. I developed a respiratory infection while staying here. Left early due to the filthy state of the property, and was denied a refund of the portion of the nights I did not stay. Extreme dirt/dust build up in the bathroom and ac filters, an extremely stained mattress, a broken and unusable bedframe, unclean drawers in the bedside table.
