These people do not know customer service. We recently had a funeral planned by them that was a “prepaid” funeral. Not only did we end up $900.00+ over the prepaid value but they did not come through with details and we met for 2 hours and 45 minutes! (Way too long during this stressful time). There were no golf carts as promised to take elderly up a huge grassy hill to the cemetery plot and my Father who was a WWII veteran, didn’t get “Taps” played as promised at the graveside service... Details are everything but don’t count on them to carry them out. I contacted the manager and he was apologetic but this can’t be done over so make sure that they do as promised. This used to be a great funeral home in Nashville but I am certain there are better ones now.

I was at a service there I seen the funeral home staff none of them had on a tie when I asked was it a request of the family the advised me it was company policy they did not have to were ties how unprofessional the small funeral home dress to the teal look vary professional not this funeral home. That is why I recommend family's to use family owned funeral homes not those owned by big named companies they could care less only want your business and money as a teenager while in high school I work for a small town funeral home I had to buy a suit to use during visitations to open the doors for people coming in. I am writing the on my wife's I pad. Please only use funeral homes owned by family's not big named company's.

You will have to be careful with these folks, they show kindness but you have to keep your eyes on the document. They mean business, but also make sure you do your due diligence to burry your beloved deceased. They will try to upsell unnecessary services and will intentionally hide the important one after the burial is done and try sell other service you have overlooked to keep the revenue stream in. Make sure you check all the list from the graveyard to the name on it. If you felt they are hiding stuff from you, take them to court.

I had to change my review since I have felt they were not open with us from the beginning. They want to charge us additional services after the burial and they told us they did not disclose the services prior to to us signing the the land. Right now my brother did not have a name on his grave and we have paid them 12000.00 in cash. They told they can't place a name and we have to purchase that as a separate service. I am going to twitter and Facebook. I think they are dishonest. I thought they were considerate, I would not recommend them. You have will to make sure you discuss everything prior to signing any documents otherwise they may try to get as much money from you over you deceased.

Beautiful and historic place. Excellently maintained by owners and staff. Captured a picture with a 1920s car in it, model T ford...Submitted it to google maps. Still trying to explain it. Worth seeing.
