::Got a bad tasting coffee. The person processing my payment automatically clicked on the 18% tip option for a coffee that I ordered to go without even asking me if I'd like to tip

::The sandwich had a very slim portion of lox. I misunderstood thinking “loaded” would have included onion, capers, tomatoes. Just lox and cream cheese.

::Paid like 26 dollars for them to burn two egg and cheese sandwiches on everything bagels, and a vanilla latte that was more like slightly bitter, watery vanilla fluid. Overpriced and poor quality, you're better off going to an Einsteins or the nearby pub

::I ordered a gluten free bagel and waited 15 minutes. After that time I asked the staff about my order. They mentioned they were sold out of bagels and had thrown my ticket away. I had not been alerted to this fact or told that my order could not be fulfilled. Once I discovered this I was speechless. The staff member offered me an option that was unacceptable, they offered me just the topings to the item I had chosen. I had paid almost $25 dollars for a bagel sandwich, kombucha and tip. They offered to refund me and helped me find a salad. I'm still speechless that the staff could discard my order ticket without informing me and then offer me a much lesser option.

::Excellent food and cool staff. The bagel sandwich I had was delicious and the potatoes with it were great. It was very fast and we were able to get in and out within 10 minutes. Good location for swinging by for a quick breakfast. I recommend Woodgrain
