  They don’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered something online and I didn’t even receive the item so basically I was scammed. And I did a dispute but of course I didn’t receive my money back as I thought. This bank is sorry. Do not bank with them.

  Woodforest is great for personal attention! AND Bank of America sucks BIGTIME!

  I've banked with them for four years. They are okay. They finally stopped charging me fees for having an account with them. I stay with them, because of their location. The staff is nice. They know me and my kids and make small talk. So, that's nice.
