  Totally incompetent and rude. My items were not ready when they promised them. I was upset and they told me it was not their problem. A week later they only had half of my suit. The pants went “missing”. They had no idea where the pants were and have still been unable to locate the pants. No apologies. No refund.

  I have used these pickup/drop off services 3 times and am very impressed with the all round quick, punctual and well delivered laundry service. I could not be happier. Thank you for a job very well done. Ps love your app. It gives notifications when deliveries are scheduled then a timely message when enroute. Love it 😍

  This place is not just laundry. They are all about customer service. They pick up, they drop off. I had a few requests and they were so accommodating. Who ever answers the PM's on FB get back to you quite fast, the clothes smell amazing, and every driver I have met this far as been exceptionally sweet. I do not know if this is family run or not.. But they sure do take care of your clothes as if you were family. So glad I switched to Woodfield Laundromat Express. VERY HAPPY with every piece of their service! (especially paying online, i never have cash on me lol) 5 stars!

  I just started using their services after a FB promotion. We love how efficient everything is, and the customer service is top notch! My son loves how his clothes smell, and having everything so expertly folded makes putting it away a breeze (my most hated part of laundry).

  I have been using this laundromat since they opened always fresh smelling clothes makes my life a lot easier now do pick up and delivery always on time and service with a smile I love this laundromat owner always will do anything to satisfy his customers
