  This is a professional installation company from purchase to completion. Beto offers high quality materials at a reasonable price and will work until you are satisfied with your choices. The installation crew was on time and polite. The were professional and efficient cleaning the area constantly as they progressed. This is my first project and I look forward to many more.

  We experienced a leak in a foyer bathroom that resulted in water damage to a small area in the master bedroom. The floors were installed by Wood floors by Beto 3-4 years ago. When I called on Monday, Beto, Jr. remembered us and asked how we were doing. He is very friendly. He came the next day (Tuesday) to see the damage and said he would check on the availability of the wood flooring. Later in the day, he called back to say he had the wood necessary for the repair. We scheduled the repair for Saturday, which completed without issue. I highly recommend this company for initial installation of wood floors. They did a very professional job installing the initial wood floors in three of our bedrooms and also in the repair. Can't say enough about what a great company this is!

  I would recommend Wood Floors by Beto. It is a rare and refreshing experience to deal with honest people. Through my experience with them I met some of their family, as it is a family ran business. Beto Jr. came out and gave me an estimate based upon what we could be seen and gathered at the time: the house is 112 years old. A substantial deposit was left on a Friday afternoon at their store and the work begain the start of the following week. The crew arrived and was courteous throughout their stay. After enough demo was done on enough of the house to obtain a more accurate picture, it was determined that due to the condition of the floors the plan could not executed as planned. This is when I simply held my breath to see the outcome. Most companies would push hard for the up sale or attempt various methods to keep the deposit: not Beto. No they explained the circumstances. Finished the demo and left the place ready for whatever I wished to do. Turns out I ended up going a different direction and I let Beto Jr. know. Beto Jr. followed up on the matters and provided me with reasonable price for the work done then timely returned the difference on the deposit. No games. Just straight forward honesty.

  I had a water leak in my house which resulted in water damage to my hardwood flooring in my walk in closet. I immediately called Beto Jr.. I told him that my wife and I had bought the home 2 yrs ago and that the previous home owner had told us that Beto Jr. had put in the wood floors. Therefore, I wanted him to come and take a look at them and I would use his company to replace them. I explained to him that there was water under the floors and they needed to come up immediately to prevent further damage to the adjacent walls and foundation. He informed me that he would not be able to get a crew out until the following week to lift the old floor. I told him to schedule the appointment and I would see him on Thursday. I explained to him that I would lift the necessary flooring along the wall myself to try and dry the floor as best I could. He said ok and when he came the following Thursday (one week after the phone call), he came by himself without a crew to lift the floor. He spoke to my wife who had taken off work to meet the crew and let them in the house, and explained to her that he was there to see the damages and then would bring a crew out in another week! Needless to say this did not sit well with me and I let him know that he had delayed me one week. He tried to make excuses about how there was some misunderstanding. Unfortunately this did not work since I simply stated that I had wanted the flooring up and he had scheduled the job over the phone with me. He had no retort to this statement. I would NEVER USE this company. What a joke!
