  Made an appointment, showed up on time, the “designer” was not prepared to see us and we were told to browse the showroom until they were ready. I was ok with this. We were greeted 25 minutes later by someone who immediately started asking questions about our budget and trying to qualify us as customers. Rubbed me the wrong way but I went with it. Explained that I was a contractor for 20 years, have a cabinet shop but looking for an inexpensive kitchen for a flip house. “Designer” continued to try to explain why the price for the size kitchen we wanted would be nowhere near the prices they advertise online. Also gave his own opinion of the poor advertising practices of the business and how they were misleading. After almost an hour I walked out furious and without ever once being sat in an office to design our kitchen the way the appointment was described prior to our arrival. This company is selling cheap knock down cabinets at standard prices! Don’t be fooled by their advertising gimmicks! Go custom or go to a box store! This place is GARBAGE!

  I love ordering cabinets from wood cabinet factory. Barry and Steve and the rest of the staff will build you quality cabinets in a short period of time and they are professional and courteous. The price is also fantastic

  Had my kitchen done by them 7 years ago now. They did a good job and installers did a good job as well. Pricing was reasonable at the time I purchased my granite from a yard separately. Looking at getting another kitchen done by them

  What a great experience from initial consultation, through design and right up through delivery. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of construction of our new cabinets and quartz countertop and the level of service. Let me first say that we did start by looking at "Big Box" retailers Lowes and Home Depot. At HD we went as far as a consultation and a quote. But their quote (excluding installation because we hired our own installer) came in nearly twice as much for the same number of (mid-range) cabinets as WCF. And to make the decision a no-brainer, the "associate" at HD was late for our appointment and didn't seem the least bit interested in us or our kitchen, nor did she seem to have any design sense. Jennifer, our designer at the WCF on the other hand, was extremely helpful, patient and informative. We went back to Jennifer numerous times, in person and on the phone, to have her lay out many different design and cost options for both cabinets and countertops. She was very professional and respectful. And even though we were doing a very modest kitchen remodeling by many standards, she treated us like very important customers. The experience also included great delivery, which was done by WCF employees in a WCF truck, unlike other kitchen jobs where the all-important delivery part is outsourced. The gentlemen were great in how they handled all the boxes and patiently went through and inventoried each piece to make sure we got exactly what we ordered. And the WCF customer service didn't stop once we signed the delivery order and made the final payment. We had a few questions during installation and the folks at WCF always called us right back and gave us all the help we needed, even going so far as to text our installer some really useful drawings for one particularly challenging piece. So far, the cabinets look and work beautifully, and our friends are very impressed with the quality. It all starts with a good company, one that cares about what it is they're doing. And for that reason, my wife and I are very impressed with the Wood Cabinet Factory.
