  This place is GREAT! I visited it last week to check t out, the front desk was great. They offer great classes (zumba, weight lifting, cardio circuit) and the price is so affordable (50$ +half of it as an initiating fee total 84$ ) Plus that they have a one week trial which I thought is a great thing to try before commiting. I love this gym, the trainers are nice and the push you to the core!

  Comfortable atmosphere. Employees, especially owner, are very helpful and make you feel comfortable. So far really enjoying classes.

  Perfect. Lots of various classes. Well equipped gym. Comfort for women. No judgements or harassment or wandering eyes. Owner is interactive and pleasant, she's also the instructor for some classes

  I have been a member of WFOB for two years now. It's a great atmosphere. The members are friendly and the vibe is non judgmental. Julie is a very smart business person as well as a great motivator. The instructors are great and the classes give you enough variety to choose what you like. I look forward to going there everyday. Thanks to all of you for making this a great little gym to work out in.

  This gym is absolutely amazing. Everyone is super nice and friendly and helpful from the owner, the people that work there and the members. I really feel like its a family and I look forward to working out here. They really make it fun to work out and help you with your goals at every step...whether you're just starting out or have been at it for awhile. I can't recommend this gym enough. Its perfect! :)
