  This place is amazing. Yeah I could save a couple bucks a week at Speedway across the street, but the friendliness of these guys is why I keep coming back.

  An amazing place that is clean, very aware of products, and has incredibly likeable and sociable staff. They aren't the type of people to push you away if you don't buy anything, they love company either way. Definitely coming back soon.

  I purchased a $90.00 vape kit about two weeks ago and it suddenly went kaput. After looking online for solutions, I saw the exact kit for $45.00, literally half the price, and another for just the mod was $35.00! I was in a hurry because I was leaving for Florida the next day, so I chose one from their display case as it was near closing time. I didn't do an inquiry on their return policy regretfully, nor did the guy give me a receipt, which I also regret. I called to inquire about the issue with my vape and a lady answered the phone with just "hello", which confused me because usually you are greeted with the name of the person and company, so I HAD TO ASK if it was Wixom Smokers (and not some personal phone, which is what it seemed like by how she answered). I was then re-assured it was Wixom Smokers. Alas she doesn't have a clue about vape products (and apparently no clue on how to properly answer a business phone). WHATEVER! I went in to talk to the guy who sold me the vape. He could tell my mod was definitely not functioning and he played with it for 15 minutes and kind of got it to work, but not like before, it kept locking up right there in front of him. He eventually told me he could do nothing for me. No luck getting it fixed and no apparent solutions . He told me they don't do returns, so I am out $90.00 and only used ONE 20 ML vial of e-juice before it broke!!! I tried it again today and IT NEARLY BLEW UP! I simply pressed the button (I did not hold the button) and it started heating the atomizer. I could hear it fizzle and hiss and it didn't stop fizzing. I tried to push buttons to get it to stop and nothing happened, it kept firing on its own and WOULD NOT STOP! I had to literally pull the battery out to get it to stop! By the way it was a SMOK Nano One Kit R-STEAM 80W MINI. I had cheaper vape pens last 10x longer. Not the guy's fault that it broke, he did apologize for not being able to help, but for the price I paid (near double what I could have got it for online) and it only lasted two weeks, I feel like I got shafted in buying from them. My overall experience... NOT PLEASED!!

  This place is great! Don't listen to these other people. First of all the place is under new management, they have a new owner. I stopped in there yesterday and bought some of the maeng da kratom. I took some yesterday for the first time and it was pretty good, gave me lots of energy and put me in a really good mood. I can't believe the DEA is thinking about banning this stuff it's like coffee that also enhances your mood, it's not like oxy your not gonna nod out and crash your car. Anyways, Rob was helping me out and he's a really cool guy, I was $1.50 short on the 80 pack of kratom and he didn't mind, then I started talking to him about my new vape that I got, a iLeaf the 50w box and Kangertech sub tank, and he hooked me up with a free 30ml bottle of true drips which tastes great. He also gave me a bottle of water, that tells you that they care about their customers and want you to come back.

  Young guy behind the counter was a complete tool. I purchase lots of money in smoking glass and they will not be receiving a dime from me. Maybe don't treat a potential customer like a crack head trying to score a rock when all he wants is a reasonably priced pack of cigarettes.
