  Yesterday was my first time at this store, and it was one of the most positive customer service experiences I’ve had. The girl who helped me, Cecilia, did a great job and had an awesome attitude. Will definitely be coming back again!

  Horrible customer service, I was hoping to get a great deal from them since I herd many good things from my friends but turns out that the previous employees that used to work there, no longer work there. because I asked my friends who were the employees that helped them and described to me how they look and I asked if they work there and they said no. The short girl with long hair acted like she didn't care and didn't even try to help and stayed in the back desk. She could of at least came to the front of the counter to talk to me about the phones and plans they had but instead she stayed there playing on her phone. What kind of business is this, like really, not joking. Luckily the Metro store across street gave me a very good deal and I would recommend everyone to go there. I also did some research and found out that Wireless Toyz is a franchise and I herd many bad things about going to stores that are franchise so honestly its a waste of time going there. The store was a mess too. It looked like the employees were just chilling there stuffing there mouth with food. Do they not have a break room or at least they can try to stay clean. The area was kinda sloppy in general. The Metro store next door was clean and professional looking. I will never step foot into that store again.
