  I started not to go to this location because of some of the negative reviews however I am very glad I went the customer service was great from the time I place my order on the phone until I pick my order up the food was fresh and hot and I was very satisfied I started not to pick I started not to place my order here because of the negative reviews however I am glad I did because the customer service was great and the chicken wings were excellent I will return

  Arrived about 15 minutes before they close on a Thursday night. These are the worst wings I have ever had in my life. Dry, not enough sauce, (that's if you call a puddle a puddle of grease on the bottom sauce). I'm shocked that they can get any repeat business at all. Bland, way overcooked, worst Buffalo Mild Sauce I have ever had. 1 star is actually too high for this place. I threw them away they were so bad. Huge disappointment. Would never go back ever.

  I've been coming to this location for a little over 8 years. I've seen the rise and fall of the food quality but mostly stuck it out. Today, both the food and service, fell short of my expectations of what great quality means. The wings were chewy and the fries sub par in flavor. It was the first time I ever decided to go back and ask for a refund, but to my surprise they said they don't honor refunds. It was astonishing to me since they are on the pricey side of the spectrum, for me anyway. Although they did offer to remake the food, who really wants to eat a meal, let alone questionable chicken on the same night. Even a credit for another night might have solved the issue, but the stubborn manager and regional manager wouldn't accept that as a fair deal. So not to be completely biased on one experience I'm leaving a 2 star rating. I hope your experience is a much more pleasant one, I won't be going back anytime soon.

  Ive been here a few times, the service is pretty fast, the food is Hot and fresh. My only critique would be how small the place is. It got crowded pretty quickly during lunch hour and not many tables to sit at. The staff works quickly to clean the tables as people leave. I would visit again, the wings are tasty as well as the triple chocolate brownie ;)
