  This Wing stop use to be excellent, but now it is terrible, the cook who was there before was awesome, he was fast and you get fresh cook wings and fries. If you do take out, please check your order, they will give you small wings and brown greasy fries...This is sad!

  I like to order ahead so by the time I get there my food would be ready like they say , I walked in and they took my money with no problem (of course i had to pay) but I still waited a hour sitting inside ! Everyone that would come in would get their food. I finally told them what’s going on. Turns out my food was ready but never told me or called out my name like ALL WINGSTOPS DO ! Then I touched my fries and they were cold ! Who wants to eat cold fries ?! I just asked for a refund back and went to the wing stop on pioneer and Cooper & they were SO MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL & NICE ! Hire smiling faces and people who will make a difference not people who don’t wanna be there !

  I was told my order would be ready in 18 minutes. I sat in my car and returned at 6:20 and stood at the counter and was completely ignored. I would think you would try to remember the faces of the customers and when they returned to pick up their order the staff would recognize them and check to see if the order was ready. When I was able to ask someone about my order not before assisting someone who had come in after me if my order was ready since there was only one person at the counter to assist; She checked and I was told I’m waiting for the biscuits which I had ordered separately but at the same time I had to wait an additional five to ten to receive. Once ready my name was called and I stood up to grab the order the person who handed me the bag walked away. But I had not received the drink. So I had to wait again another five minutes before another employee came from the back bringing a bucket of ice to ask her for my drink that came with my meal. All and all I had to wait on average 5-10 minutes for each item of my meal. THEN the wings tasted as though they had been refried to enable them to appear fresh out the grease but they could not have been more dry without any juice coming from the wings!!! What a disappointment!!! The rolls I waited for were worth the wait and the fries by the time everything in my order was finally given was cold!! My first bad experience with Wingstop!!!

  Now usually i would have given this spot all 5 stars but not this location. I gave one for the food because it's always cooked to order and another one for the cashier she was nice & friendly... now I love with great stop just about my entire family does but on this visit like many other times we dined in it was clean looking but every chair,seat & table was sticky then the floors throughout was slick like they were mopped with grease so uncomfortable we ate fast and took the rest to GO! But other than that which was enough lol wasn't all that bad....

  Are usually have a great visit every Wingstop I go to. Today I visited the Wingstop on Roads To Six Flags I placed an online order not only was my food not ready at the schedule time, for the inconvenience of waiting we were not offered any accommodations, or exclamations. Myself and another patron had to question them as to why we were waiting. We were made to feel as we were inconveniencing them. Then I get to my office, and realize the fries were extremely greasy and extremely salty. I had also asked for the wings to be well done, and they were’s still not cooked as ordered. Pretty disappointing
