  Service is awful... the place was empty I'm in line with money in hand and the cashier taking a phone order doesn't even acknowledging I'm standing there. Not only does this stellar employee not bother looking up from his register but employees doing nothing in the back see me and immediately turn around and go in the back... they have 2 registers... I'll go to one of the 20 or so competitors in the area who know how to run a restaurant from now on, thank you for making my decisions easier though

  My order was half wrong. Called the store, and they gave me the entire order again, freshly cooked, and the lady at the counter was so apologetic. Great customer service, good food. Kids were happy!

  This was my first time at Wingstop,food and alcohol prices are reasonable. It was a short wait for my order came up,I dined in....the dining area was very clean,food was prepared hot & my order was accurate. Friendly staff, I'll visit again

  Decent wings, but worst customer service for a chain restaurant. Took our large 40+ wing home order only to find out 1/2 of it was wrong. Called in to make mention of this and they only offered for us to come back and wait for our order again (roughly 45 minutes). That is super inconvenient and any pizza chain would offer a coupon for the next visit. 2nd time I had a coupon for a free order of fries. They would only accept it if printed off (not everyone has a printer anymore). I offered to show it on my phone, they refused to honor it claiming I could keep reusing it... which I pointed out whats to stop me from printing 10 copies of this generic coupon? I won't visit them again after all the hoops they make people jump through. Not worth my business.

  My family enjoys the wings. I don't like spicy. I've tried every mild flavored wing and it's too much spice and salt. The salt burns my tongue.
