  The staff member that was working the front counter looked like a deer in the headlights. She did come to apologize to us when someone came by asking us for money - while we were eating! Granted, the neighborhood isn't the best, so pan handlers are common around Spectrum Mall.

  Two visits in now and I'm very satisfied with their wings and real potato fries, which are sweet and salty. I can recommend the garlic parmesan and honey bbq.

  I would suggest ordering online because they hardly answer the phone. Wings are always good however, they need to work on customer service.

  Ordered food to go and did not tell me they put wings in the bag sideways!! Which of course led to wing sauce all over my car... if the box doesn't fit in the bag either A) Put in a bigger bag or B) Warn the customer to carry it appropriately! Not that hard people... obviously lacking customer service skills. And my fries were super soggy... seriously disappointed.. will not visit again.
