::Would love to give 5 stars but the second time we ordered. We watched the cook do an amazing job of following serve safe principles until he took his gloves off to answer the phone after which he stepped out the kitchen then went back in and forgot to add lettuce to a burger. He went ahead and unwrapped the burgers with his bare hands, grabbed the bread and then grabbed a piece of lettuce to put in the burger and closed it and re-wrapped it. The food is good but having a cook not keep gloves on his had. After touching and phone and a door only to go back and keep touching stuff really disappointed me.

::Great food. The bartender Nick offered excellent customer service and a very friendly personality. Andrew made the burger, mac & cheese, and fries ... all were decadent AF!

::Great burgers and great staff! Ambiance is industrial and gritty, cocktails are inventive. Grab up a Percephone salad, and if Derek James is around, ask for an inside job!

::Tremendous food, great drinks, and great service. I was in Pittsburgh with a while back, and I convinced about a dozen friends and acquaintances to go to Southside from downtown to try these heavenly burgs. Fortunately, one of my friends had basic foresight and called ahead so they could get ready before we got there. They prepared a long table before we even got there, and the food was exquisite, as it is at Market Square. The burgers are fantastic, the drink selection was great, the service was friendly, and the prices were fair. If you're in Pittsburgh and you like burgers (or whiskey), I can't recommend Winghart's highly enough.
