The girl at the front desk at 3 pm was very nice but the hotel as a whole was a freaking mess! The first thing that happened was they had no rooms available when i was supposed to check in then we got a room filled with bugs and last but not least we got little to no sleep due to the noise by the guest above us and ended up leaving at 4 am. Other then the helpfulness and good attitude of the front desk girl it was an absolute nightmare.

My stay at this hotel was terrible. My sister and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. The manager Crime was awful. I advised him that I saw a roach in my room , and he nonchalantly so okay. I asked if someone could come and spray. He told me he would have maintenance to come by. After two hours no one showed up. I returned to the front desk, and he advised me he was still waiting for someone. My sister, and I left for dinner. When we returned my toilet was clogged. I went to the front desk to advise the manager. He tells me that he couldn’t do anything about it because he was busy at the front desk, but he would call maintenance again. Three hours later I returned again to get a update on my toilet. The young lady at the front desk advise me that the manger had gone for the day, and never told her about my toilet. At this point she revealed to me that he could have changed my room, but by this time they were all booked up. I had to leave my room on the second floor to use the restroom on the first floor throughout the night. The next morning when Crime arrived to work I addressed the fact that he could care less about me being inconvenienced all night. He said to me that he couldn’t do anything to accommodate me. I am definitely contacting corporate about his nonchalant behavior towards his guest. The hotel is also very filthy.

Stopped in and slept in a king room. Chair had several stains on it. Ceiling in bathroom had stains. AC/Heat unit was loud when running, something I'm not use to at home. Doors were loud in the am closing. Room not completely dark due to lights from outside and under the door. Sadly, I think I picked up a cold during my stay. Luckily the parking lot was full of patrol cars so I felt very safe.

Decent stay. Nice rooms mostly clean. This hotel could be better little issues need to be addressed by management. For example no wipes on dispenser in gym, no water in the cooler. No hot water in the pool shower, empty hand sanitizer dispencers, not enough towels in room, no hook to hang towels, bar area is nice but bar area is closed? Exit signs hanging by a wire. Debris on floor not picked up over a 24 hour period, breakfast is very limited and front desk could be more welcoming and less defensive. The rooms and location are decent and worth it if you can get it for a cheap enough price.

I flew into NC to attend a funeral in the family. I understood the timing wasn't great because of the hurricane. I expected some delays or cancelations. When I arrived to the hotel Late Friday night I found the whole block to be without power. I didn't question it, as this happens with hurricanes. I checked in by signing a piece of paper. I was not walked to my room.. but as you can imagine it is terrifying being a woman alone walking through emergency exits with just a camera light to get to your room. My phone died so I didn't have a choice but to stay in my locked room until morning. As soon as the sun came up I went downstairs to find an employee and there wasn't even a maid in the corridors. It was just me. I went back to my room to pack my things, at around 7 am came back and the front doors were wide open with, again, not a single employee around. I left to find a hotel with power without a phone. Can you imagine how scary this whole incident has been being alone as a woman? I'm not looking for a full refund. I'd like the Saturday night refunded to me since I had to go somewhere else being afraid for my safety. After speaking with one of the priceline reps today I was told that the hotel is denying my request because I never checked out Saturday. Please tell me how I was supposed to check out with no employees around and a dead phone to call and complain? I tell you I will never work with this hotel ever again. No ounce of sympathy or help. I could not afford this trip, let alone paying for an extra hotel room. Completely unacceptable
