  Started getting emails from these folks when I shopped a sister site. Saw a video-tasting of a cab that looked promising. Very disappointed with what I got, dumped the first bottle I opened, thinking it was an old one I had held too long. Reviews by other buyers of this wine confirm my impression. The review was quite deceiving. One needs to be able to trust when spending $40/bottle. Will never do business with these folks again. ______________________________________________________ Update: Soon after I posted the above, I was contacted by telephone and given a full refund. Wine Express has a satisfaction guarantee and I'm impressed that they responded quickly and made things right. Will likely give them another try when it's time to re-stock.

  Ordered a case of wine that was in stock, over a week later and it still has not shipped. My card was pending for a few days, then just disappeared from my bank account. Canceled order and suggested they change name from Wine Express to Wine, We will ship when we get around to it. Never got a reply from anyone at this company, will never use this site again.
