  Very Poor Customer Service. I placed an order and it arrived on-time and in good condition. I attempted to place another order and could not access my account. I emailed customer service a number of times. The only response was a picture of their "click here to reset your password" link. I had already done this five times... I also attempted to create another account (using a different email address and user name). The web page created the accounts and then refused to accept the passwords I had just typed in. This information was clearly stated on all my emails. Obviously, whoever is pretending to be "customer service" is doing a very poor job. Don't expect any resolution if something goes wrong.

  Placed a few orders online. Easy website to use and the shipping was fast. Would see order again! Thanks

  I had a lot of trouble getting a response from this company when I had a problem with my order, but after several attempts I finally got a response and they agreed to credit me for the bottles of wine I received that were corked. Good product selection but they need to step up communications and customer service.
