  At least some of you GOT your wine. I ordered 2 bottles over a month ago. I have sent numerous emails that have all been ignored. Left multiple phone messages. Finally reached someone weeks ago who told me they had shipped my order a few days after I ordered but it had arrived damages so they were having it shipped back to resend. First of all why did they need to have the damaged bottles sent back before sendng me replacements? Nothing came anyway. Just before thanksgiving managed to get someone on the phone again who promised I would have my order by Friday. It is now Wednesday still no sign of anythingl This company's customer service is non existent!

  I wanted to buy some wine from Wine Legacy but when I went to "register" for an account I was asked for my drivers license number, the state and my date of birth. Ummm no, I am not giving out such sensitive information, especially since I would be giving my credit card info out as well. I have ordered from a few wine warehouses and never was I asked for such personal information. Not for me.

  I've been buying wine from them for two years. I enjoy the wine and the price.

  An utterly abysmal experience with this company. I buy a lot of wine from many places around the US and this is the worst ever experience by miles. I ordered two bottles of a very specific vintage and plot - the wine that was delivered was wrong vintage and plot. I immediately called to report this and was met with ridiculous statements such as "the wine we have delivered is actually better, so you should be happy" - absolutely not true and any serious wine shop should never assume that a buyer should be grateful for an unauthorized substitution!! Reluctantly, Mike agreed that they would try to locate the actual wine I ordered and they would send a courier to collect the wine. 5 MONTHS LATER..... I have called once every 2 weeks to follow up, left repeated voicemails, sent emails to the contact email address on the website and nothing has been done. The wine is still waiting to be collected. Totally unacceptable.

  I love getting my wine from this place. Jeff knows his info. Some of the wines I've picked up over the years on the cheap have been outstanding. You should have 'some' general wine knowledge and know what you are looking for, as it helps. Sign up for the email to receive (a lot) of emails with flash deals etc.
