  How can you not love a local wine store that delivers, is run by two lovely knowledgable sisters, has reasonable good wines and a chubby cat named Jack to boot (who's also featured in a new book The Shop Cats of New York!)

  Staff is very knowledgable about their wines and can point you in the right direction. What else can I say? They are super nice!

  What can you really expect from a NYC Liquor Store? Well, apparently a lot! The two ladies that run the place are super sweet, and of course their cat (apparently named Jack Daniels) keeps the place in great spirits ;) - I'm certainly no wine connoisseur, but they have a great selection and they're ready to give advice and help when requested. I also understand they've got unbeatable prices. Additionally they carry all my favorite vodkas, whiskeys, gin, and rum - and I'm sure anything else that tickles your fancy. For Valentine's Day, they really helped me out and went way above and beyond what I would expect anywhere else. Glad to be a neighbor to this lovely establishment.
