  One of the nicest places I have stayed. My toddler, baby and I were there for a week and the accommodations were perfect but more than that the staff was amazing. The restaurant was also lovely and the jazz evening at the bar had a great little band which was a definite plus

  Not exactly what you'd think a 5-Star Accommodation would look like. Needs updating. I get that the furniture is antique and in a Victorian setting... The only pluses are the the size and layout of the room. Room service was good, until we startled a housekeeper on her way into our room MID-DAY?? She started to stutter as we came up behind her. She placed her cart at the end of the hall (there was just ours and another room located just off the elevators), so we maneuvered around it to find her about to go into our room, which we had been gone from for two hours (2-4p). She said, "No room service huh?", we raised a brow and said, "No". We felt awkward, so we sat on the patio overlooking the pool discussing the incident, & didn't leave the room until later that evening for dinner, but came RIGHT back. For over $400 per night, I've experienced Much better (at $300/night).

  The Windsor Court Hotel is a wonderful place with wonderful rooms and excellent service. During my stay there, room service was excellent, the bellhop was fast, and the in-house restaurant was amazing. The Windsor Court Hotel is located in downtown New Orleans, just far enough away from the French Quarter to avoid most of the noise, while still allowing it to be well within walking distance of bourbon street, Cafe Du Monde, and the other shops in the French quarter. The rooms at the Windsor Court Hotel are amazing, spacious, clean, and well stocked with coffee and snacks. Rooms are cleaned every day and the room service will leave something like a chocolate or a praline on your nightstand. In the rooms, there are two televisions. There is HBO available at no additional charge. Overall, the Windsor Court Hotel is an amazing place and I would recommend it to anyone.

  Old-school hotel but well-maintained and great service and amenities. There is nothing modern about this hotel, except perhaps its size and the flat screen TVs. Decor is 19th century but classical and in good taste. Suites are big and clean. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Just outside of trendy warehouse district with fabulous eateries and galleries and cultural French Quarter, which needs no introduction. The Windsor easily earns its high rating.

  We only stay here as the suites are fantastic. We stayed there once and the band The Cure was there and we were headed to their concert. If millionaire bands stay there...why not you? Go during the week and save. They offer awesome room service and have a nice old fashioned bar. Their restaurant is top notch.
