  All our house windows were replaced including the sliding patio door and we couldn't be happier with this purchase, workmanship was great, service was excellent and done fairly quick (14 windows and sliding door in 1 day), the product looks high quality and it feels solid strong, almost noise proof and of course our power bill dropped considerably. It's been about 2 years since the installation and we haven't had a single issue, highly recommended!!

  The reason I went with window world was because I thought they were at the Top of their Game! I ended up really disappointed. Susie was not clear. She had said my front door wood be solid wood and it's not. And there was no mention of them removing my security door which I had just purchased and had installed so there went $800 dollars down the drain. The color I picked was Way Off and when I spoke to the people at the office they were like oh well you signed the contract you're screwed. All that I Didn't like! Who would. The owner came around and fixed the color of my doors which I am happy with but unfortunately losing my security door, the door not being solid wood, and the way they treated me when I told them the color of my door was not the color I picked really upset me about this company. They also don't honor the $50 gift card that they say they give to whoever refers you which was my brother in law and he never received one so thats a lie. That is why the 2 stars. I have future work needed on my windows and I will be going back to Sunscape windows they are a little pricier but their quality and customer service is Much much better and makes it worth the little extra!

  I love my new windows that I just recently had installed. Very professional and good work done by the installers. Look forward to ordering more windows in the near future. Highly recommend for quality and price. -Damian Maynard
