  No reply from Jordan in customer service after one week. Quick to sell you, non-existent after the sale. Was able to fix problem on my own after no assistance or response from my email. Unacceptable in this day and age.

  Terrible. Stay away from this company. They do not return calls and ship cheap broken merchandise. I have yet to get a call back from them and it has been days! They have my money and I have a defective Product of which I want co more!

  Very bad customer service. Rachel there receptionist lectured me when calling in to find out why and where was a order that was out of there production and shipping guidelines on there website instead of saying sorry and the order had shipped. Then asking to talk to the upper level person about the bad interaction that I had I understand where she got it. Jordan the product specialist didn’t want to hear me out and also wanted to cut me off from my complaint. This complaint all steamed from there very bad chat room online support that was no help at all and when calling in to get a answer that could have been as simple as I’m sorry for the delay but we do show your order shipped on Friday. Instead she wanted to lecture me about how the online chat worked and not listen to my frustration about feeling like they messed up my order and the next guy did the same. I could tell they really didn’t care about the customer, you would be much better off going to a big retailer or using someone local that will care because they can see your face not just the dollars you sent them. Bad customer service

  Right off the bat I had a question and was promptly answered by a clearly knowledgeable and friendly service rep, my blinds arrived on time and in great shape. I love my beautiful windows! 10/10 recommend!

  Excellent Dealer ! I ordered blinds for close to $1000, 28 blinds various sizes. All were delivered quickly, couple had defects & they exchanged it with no cost. Rachel sales person who helped me get through this order was amazing, patience enough to understand the need & suggested expertise advise to fulfill our request. I would have spent almost $1000 more if shopped in branded store... Highly Recommended !
