  I walked into the Wilsons leather store in the Tanger Outlets store number 1420 today and the white lady working there refused to sell me leather jackets that were on sale for 50$ she yelled at one of the employees to go change the price to 260$ and proceeded to say she did not want to sell to us.

  Got a leather jacket from here a while ago great deal they always have some crazy sale going on like when I went there they had a sign for "up to 80% with a addiction 30% off" Like which makes no sense cause they it could be 120% but what ever, anyways yeah pretty good.

  Not a place I would like to go back, one of their employees was kind of rude and with no manners. This might be the reason why the store is about to close, because of the poor service it is offered...

  I had a very bad experience today at the tanger outlet store wilsons leather 1420 tanger 2 I agree with the review befor this one there was a older man there looked to be the manager and was very pushy, upset maybe because there were a bunch of kids hanging out in the store really don't know why he was mad.. But I had a problem with an employee and he came in the conversation and totally was rude and told me to get out that it didn't matter what the employee did because they were closed .. I will continue to place a complain on what ever website I could .. You don't treat customers like that .. He was rude and nasty I will get his name and post it all over the Internet .. Nasty miserable person ..

  I'm only taking one star off for this reason. I go to The Tanger Outlets once in a while, and it is very rare that I purchase something from Wilson's Leather. So when I did my first purchase there I was very pleased with the service from the employees. I picked out a leather vest to purchase. The next day after trying it on at home, (NOT wearing it out at all), I decided it just wasn't for me. So i returned it first thing the next morning. Now, there was only one person in the store, which I was pretty sure was the manager. So i go in to do the return, and i was very surprised that the guy i think is the manager, was very rude. He was unfriendly, and acted kinda angry that I was returning it, like I did something wrong. I had told him what happened and that i did take the tags off but had them with me to give to him upon the return, and had never wore it out. ( Considering i bought it last night and returned it in the morning in perfect condition.) He then said to me, " You didn't wear it, yet the tags are off? ". I'm thinking, really? Bottom line is he did the return, and I left saying have a good day, and he grunted. So as I said, I'm taking one star off cause of the manager, but i won't take anymore off (even though i feel i should), because all the employees that work there under this winner, are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Hope my story helps.
