  Living in an apartment building where every store, pharmacy, restaurant you can think of is at a convenient distance, you know you're living in a quality location. The apartment always has security guards everywhere. It's safe due to keys being required to get in everywhere. The maintenance staff keeps the building and the courtyard super clean and the staff is so kind. It's like a little neighborhood in one building. I really recommend living here.

  My husband and I lived here for a year now, but we're relocating to another city due to work. I wanted to write a review because I think some of the negative reviews were unfair. Everyone in the leasing office, especially Bryan Cho, is so friendly and helpful. Security guards and maintenance team are also very friendly and professional. The property is clean and well maintained. The front desk accepts packages for you and notifies you by by email which is very convenient. our unit was facing the pool and was very quiet. Windows are double paned and keeps out most noises. Also, we didn't hear any noise from our neighbors so the walls must be well constructed. Yes, there's construction in progress in the parking garage, but it's not a huge inconvenience. Yes, there's skate boarders in the court yard, but there's always a security guard or a Police officer around should you need help. Yes, the fire alarm goes off on occasion, but certainly not all the time. And false fire alarm, marijuana smoking neighbors are issues in most apartment complexes anyways. All in all, we were very comfortable here and I hope the negative reviews don't deter anyone from moving in.

  I generally like the building and the management. The security guys do a great job keeping the drunk and the skateboarders away. The maintenance guys are very prompt and do their job well, facilities are always clean. My only concerns for now are 1. there will always be character in courtyard smoking and being loud, day and night, and you can do nothing about them, it's just the location :/ I'm not sure it's for me, 2. that some of our neighbors smoke pot and we can't open windows because the smell will get in, and it's not the smell I want in my unit. 3. our neighbors are stomping extremely loudly and I told the management and security at least 20 times about this and every time they assured me they will talk to the neighbors. And when I actually talked to the neighbors myself I found out that nobody talked to them about this before and it's the first time. Which makes me thinking the management is not only under-delivering their promises, but simply lying. 4. I hope the management will do some improvements to facilities. Bigger and more equipped gym, sauna and BBQ area would be a great plus to make us stay for another lease term

  This place is garbage. If you rent here be aware of homeless people in your elevator criminal elements and just uncomfortable living.
