  Best in town. The staff are super friendly! I always feel welcomed walking into this huge clean space. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a quality gym and a workout!

  Fantastic group of folks. Hard work, good fun, great community. This was my first crossfit gym in the city, and I love it!

  Best Crossfit in BK! Great coaches and they even have physical therapists in the box. Brilliant!!

  Big clean space with a lifting platform too ... Large changing room, bathrooms, showers ... Close to the G plus there's a lot parking ... Definitely a good box for the neighborhood.
