  Very professional customer service. The prices are slightly inflated. You are paying for the William Sonoma experience.

  Not sure a large selection of choices. I live to cruise thru these stores but was not so wowed by the presentation.

  Beautiful store, so many new and interesting things. Very friendly helpful staff. They will show you items and let you explore and touch things.

  Love this store. We bought 2 knives there a few weeks ago and the woman who helped us was so knowledgeable and helpful. She literally knew everything about ever single knife and helped us pick the best one for us in our price point.
