::Amazing brunch spot in Astoria with good food and friendly staff. Nice coffee and amazing special waffles. Had an apple cider waffle with duck confit! Would go again.

::Went to William Hallet for the first time for dinner after not being able to get a table during brunch hours on the weekend- as it tends to get packed. I ordered the Tri-tip steak which had a good flavor but was a bit on the dry side considering I ordered medium well. The Brussels sprouts could’ve been cooked a little longer as it was still a bit raw on the inside. With that said, I went on a Thursday at 6 and was given the Happy Hour menu with a good selection of drinks... for guys till 7pm and for girls till 12am.
