  The emergency room wait wasn't too bad, and the check in staff were very polite, the first time I didn't have a problem until I was sent to the pharmacy where one of the staff members blatantly laughed at me for about 30 seconds because of my name. On a normal day it would have been brushed off but I was very ill at the time and had no patience to deal with this, it was very unprofessional. The second time I went here I made an appointment to see a physician who flat out told me that my previous physician either had no idea what they were talking about or was lying to me because I could not have possibly been diagnosed with an ovarian syndrome as a teenager or even now because "I'm too young to have those problems or be treated for them", even though I have been getting tests and being treated for it for 4+ years now. Again, very unprofessional to call out another doctor in front of your patient, even if you think the other physician was wrong.

  If i could give this place ZERO stars I would! Disgraceful! I was there for 6 hours in the emergency room waiting to be seen. After a couple of times of asking them how long it will take. I asked one final time and they escorted me out!! Seriously?? NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

  I know that this hospital gets lots of bad reviews, but I have never had anything but a positive experience here. I feel like my care providers are capable, professional, and nothing but friendly. They always take a genuine interest in me and my concerns, and I always feel like I've been heard and well-cared for. I'm always seen in a timely manner, and the only time I usually have to wait is when I need to pick something up at the pharmacy. I know that people's expectations for care can vary individually, but I would urge you to give this hospital a chance and judge for yourself!

  True definition of hurry up and wait, I was here well over 6 hrs before finally being seen just to be told “take some Motrin” really??? Like who’s dick I gotta suck to get prescribed something that’s gonna make me better??? I had my vitals done three times here in a span of 5 minutes because none of the nurses was tracking the other did it already, this facility is horrible I wouldn’t come back if Jesus Christ himself said the cure for all diseases was located here. Your better off going to a urgent care clinic and paying outta pocket or the dentist for a gunshot wound or anywhere on Dyer and paying some crackhead to care for you...if I could take a picture of my asscheeks And post it I would...this place got me heated

  Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star. I was there last night from 12 until 0440 ish and still hadn't been seen by the apparent 1 doctor on duty. Almost 2 hours in the waiting room then finally went to the office room area and waited until 440 or so without medicine or treatment and still had not seen the doctor. Every time I'm there or my wife we wait for hours and hours. This place is the slowest place to go if you're ever in an emergency situation. Hurry up and wait.
