  Had a great experience with Steven N from William Barthman. Very upfront, honest, and dependable service. Excellent purchase experience. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend for all your fine time piece needs. Even if they dont have what u need in stock they will be sure to order you the exact spec that you require. Plus its awesome that they are an official Rolex Authorized Dealership. I had my watch shipped to me via next day certified mail, and the process was a breeze. Thanks again for the great service and communication. I will most definitely be back & recommend you to my family & friends!

  I called them earlier today to ask them about their Rolex collection and this gentlemen picked up the phone in a hostile manner. Funny part is he didn't even bother answer my questions and he asked me back if I knew their address instead. If I was going to spend $10k on this type of service id rather keep my money. I'm a business owner myself and this is not the way treat customers. Good luck with their business.
