::Some of the most amazing staff and providers I have ever come across! My son was so nervous to even let them look at his teeth, but both the assistant and his dentist (Dr. Yashar) took their time and explained everything to him and was so patient even when he wasn't cooperating (because he was nervous). They did everything in their power to make sure my son left feeling good about the dentist!!!! I would give them 1,000 stars if that was an option.

::I was seen at the Beaverton Ground Floor location for an emergency toothache. Everyone was competent and very pleasant to deal with, from check in to check out. Rosa and Dr. Fleming are a great team — thorough, professional, and kind. Having a tooth pulled is not fun, but the process was painless and much faster than the 40 minutes my last extraction took. I appreciated how relaxed the atmosphere was and the fact that they both understood my jokes and responded with their own. I am confident moving forward that they’ll do their best to improve my dental health.

::Wow. I am sitting in the parking lot in my car amazed at how smooth my new patient appointment went. Don’t believe the bad reviews! The front desk folks were very kind, and same for all the other staff I met! The dentist, Dr. Yashar, even did a breathing exercise with me for my jaw! I’m posting this review because I get really anxious going to dentists and this was honestly a nice experience. :)

::I’ve had wisdom teeth pain for about 2 years now, I’ve been seen 3 times in that time frame for this issue and they have given me the same answer every time “I know it’s hard but we have to wait until it gets to x point” Or if you’re the first dentist I saw you’d say “well it looks like you were eating a potato chip and cut your gums and that’s why you’re in pain” 😑 The first two times I visited the pain was so bad I couldn’t open my mouth and with a quick google search you can see pain is one of the main signs that you need to get them removed. Sadly this is where my insurance sends me so I am forced to stay with them. If i had any other choice I wouldn’t go back and I suggest anyone with a choice to not go here.

::Two months ago, I noticed my son's tooth decay and went to Willamette Dental. Dr.*planned my son's treatment by herself and I agreed. A month ago, we went to Willamette Dental for the treatment. Dr.*said "Please open your mouth." to a five-year-old child as if she was talking to an adult. My son didn't open his mouth. Dr.* said coldly, "Does he understand English? If he doesn't open his mouth, I can't treat him." And she stopped the treatment after 3 minutes.Dr.* made a note on my son's medical record. I am a physician in Japan. I've never seen a doctor with such a terrible attitude.
