  I don't normally take the time to write reviews but the service that I had was so bad that it warrants taking the time to write one. Both my service and subsequent problems could have been resolved easily and I would have let it go but both Donald and Charles were rude and had a complete lack of customer service skills. They made a mistake and treated me like it was my fault, basically called me a liar, and and afterwards we found out it WAS their fault but they had no apologies. I said a polite "Awesome, thank you!" and all I got in return was a smug "uh huh." If you like to have service with an attitude, by all means bring your vehicle here.

  Donald sux. He does not handle customers with his companies problem. Will walk around to avoid. Sorry azz owner. Had bought 4 NEW TIRES, CAME BACK AND BOUGHT TWO MORE ON 7-26-17 and the a-hole said they were not new after getting work at Schaffer. A-hole Donald holds the jobs over the employees head if they talk to the customers that are angry for sorry service and threatens them to go home. What an immature A-hole Jerk.
