Impolite. Rude and uneducated and unfriendly and gossipy with no love of customers and retention. You should expect to go there once! The women who pick up the phone have no manners and will hang up on you. If you are looking for black girls with bad attitudes, please just grab your popcorn and a soda and step into this salon..Poor owner. She probably has no choice but to hire these young girls who could care less about what the word customers mean. Like I said, customer service is dead. Occasionally you will get a decent stylist who knows how to bring you back. Sad. I am surprised the salon is still standing with so many staff changes. It is cheap though..Probably because the bad attitude is high.

Please do not waste your money at this place. It's pointless to make an appointment - I was scheduled to see a stylist at 6:20, I arrive at 5:50 and the door to shop was open but there was no one there. I figured someone in the back or in the bathroom. I end up waiting there for 20 minutes and still no one - I call the shop from inside and they inform that the stylist I was supposed to see left for the day. Why allow someone to schedule with that person if they're just going to leave 3 hours before the appointment? The person who came from the back after another 15 minutes ends up doing my hair because I was beyond desperate to get my hair done since I was going out of town soon. She carelessly braids my hair leaving lumps everywhere, when I got home I ended up taking it out because it was such an awful job. $75 dollars wasted. No apology for the tardiness and extremely unprofessional. I feel like I've given this shop so many chances and it's always disappointing. Never again.
