  I resided in this hotel for over a month. The Placemakr employees are INCREDIBLE! They are helpful, kind, respectful, responsive and welcoming! I enjoyed my interaction with them, I enjoyed that they supported each other and looked for ways to assist their customers. They worked as a team as a family almost, which was nice considering that I lived there for six weeks. I recommended highly staying here, if you get the chance. The location of the hotel is lovely though the Digital access system ‘Latch’ used to access the building is horrible. However that has nothing to do with the service that you receive from the Placemakr team at this location!

  Very pleasant stay. Location is very close to a lot of food restaurants and other establishments. Parking is available thru out the area which is a plus! The rooms were very spacious. And, the kitchen was very modern and sleek! A home away from. I’d recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for weekend away or traveling up into town

  The good: We selected this option because it was pet friendly, and the price was decent, and we were open to something new in terms of reserving an apartment as if it were a hotel. Place is new with more space and apt type options. The not so good: This is not a hotel by any traditional measure. The 'hotel staff' once located in room 822 were pleasant to speak to and helpful. (Note to management - place somebody at ground level 24x7.) - That said our stay was just OK, be forewarned the latch app is a disaster. The Latch app did not let us in from the parking level initially and on other occasions. Worked less than 50% on main elevator. - Parking entrance can be difficult find - we found it at the third parking entrance at the building. Once inside the garage the signage is terrible. - Apt was fine except for loud hum inside the walls when water ran in bathroom at sink or shower. - Two towels for two people for three days, a third towel would be nice. - On day one, while working online in a meeting they had pest control come in and spray why spray when we are there and why and what are they treating - no bureau, for clothes - no trash can in bathroom or bedroom, just one small trash can we found under the sink. I'd recommend for a place to work for a week or more while traveling, but not so much for shorter stay personal travel. There is a convenient Wegmans food store down the block. There is light foot traffic, I would not recommend walking alone at night.

  I loved this hotel and enjoyed my stay. I only gave it four stars because of the latch app. The app used to unlock your doors gave me a lot of issues and made it difficult to gain access quickly. I feel like a physical key should be given to all guest. Also the smoke alarms easily go off. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and there are so many things walking distance from the hotel.

  WhyHotel is fantastic! I got a much bigger apartment than what I originally expected it to be. It came with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, laundry space with walk-in closet, with great view of the garden terrace that connects all the buildings at level-6. Great value for money! With some minor issues: 1. Direction: It is very difficult to find the entry for the first timer. There is no sign anywhere outside, and the maps do not help with locating the entry, the neighbours and people around can't help either. Directions for parking entry and exist is also pretty confusing. The outdoor photo I attached with art installations you see is the entry. 2. The Latch App: Technology is great, except when it is enforced, and it becomes a single point of failure. Latch app can be very handy, and ridiculously annoying at the same time. The entire facility including the main door and elevators open with this one stupid app that does not work time to time, no easy alternative was offered. Everything else is perfect!
