  I don't shop here often, but it seems to have gone downhill since the Amazon takeover. Some employees still seem nice and I had asked one if anything changed for him or if it was a good place to work and he said it still was good, nothing had really changed for him. That was a month ago, maybe. The woman that I talked to in check out today seemed "fake nice" and even though I brought my own bag I for a few groceries / prepared foods/ salad bar and flowers she told me the total without putting the 10 cent bag credit on. I asked nicely, "can I get the bag credit?" And she responded in a snotty tone "if you want it"... Surprised, I just said "yes" ... Then I noticed she looked smug. And crumpled my receipt when she handed it to me. Seriously? This one experience makes me want to never come to this whole foods again. I mean, come on. That's so rude. I get that it's only ten cents, but she didn't have to be so mean about it. As far as I know, it's their job to give you the bag credit if you bring your own. Made me wish I had not bought anything there! I think they need to work harder on customer service because the way I was treated today was appalling.

  There are two Whole Foods Market in Milwaukee area. I prefer this one. it has more variety of things than the other one. The crew are friendly and a few of them actually know my little son!! We live an hour away from this place so we go there once every month or 3 weeks but they still remember him! Very nice people and customer service. Sometimes they are out of fresh produce which i think is because this whole Amazon inventory system but they are still one of the best places to buy grocery.

  WF is slowly turning into just another grocery store since Amazon buyout. No noticeable changes in prices to make it significant. Bagged lettuce now at salad bar. Routinely out of stock on items. Cheerios on the shelves. It used to be a pretty good store. The employees are still very helpful, but quality of products seem to be sliding. Yes, can of beans down ten cents, coffee up a dollar.

  Ok, heated underground parking. Do I have to go any further! Prices are down selection is great. Shelves a tad empty, but only in produce. Everything else is fine. I just love the hot/cold bars. Bakery yummy and deli great.(and deli gal super friendly! Found everything vegan I needed for probably 50.00 cheaper than before Amazon took over.

  Everyone who works here seems so genuinely friendly! The attitude of the staff really sets this store apart from other grocery stores - it makes it such a pleasant experience shopping here. Of course, it is Whole Foods, so it can be pricey. However, for certain things it is actually surprisingly reasonable. For example, I often find deals on produce that are comparable or better than other local grocery stores. They also often have free samples, which is definitely a bonus. I might not do all of my grocery shopping here, but I do enjoy the occasional visit!
