  I purchased a used tired from this location on July 7, 2017 during closing hour, and yes I know $20 do not sound too much to spend. But when anyone chooses to buy a tire the customer needs to always be shown adequate respect and proper assistance. I try to respect all Business Developers and Black Own Businesses. But, when any tires that are used being sold to anyone White’s Tires needs to understand nobody wants to keep coming back 1,2,3 days repeatedly as the tire shows some form of leaks or defect. I just know my experience with this Tire place was not that very good as I had to come back 3 times and the tire I was now given was lesser tire thread than the tire that had a slow leak. Please understand if you going to operate a tire shop, you need to respect all customers who pays their money for tire(s). White’s Tire should want to build many customer relationship as possible by doing the Righteous Actions to automatically swapping out any tires that shows leaks or if the customer feels the tire is not too suitable, White’s Tires here on N. Watkins needs to remember customers pays for the tires, Not White’s Paying for customers tires. I feel White’s Tires needs to operate in a more Professional Manner with Receipts ON ALL SOLD TIRES with at least 3-5 days Warranty. Everyone wants to open up a tire shop along the poor black neighborhoods, but as folks like me who is willing to give them business it always appears these Personal John Does Tire Businesses, just refuses to respect a bad tire can cause a Bad Accident…..So White’s Tires please treat all customers will Respect if you take someone’s money for the tire(s) sold from White’s you need to Diligently In Good Faith Do The Proper Actions….Keep The Customer Happy….If not why sell tires you care nothing to how effect a person’s car or desires…
